Shear Karma was founded by Sharla Fagan in 2011. 

Sharla has been in the salon industry for over 30 years. She is well-versed in her expertise of hair color, haircuts, and holistic healing.  Her approach in the salon centers on helping others become the best versions of themselves, focusing on improvement both externally and internally. She emphasizes self-growth and the embodiment of beauty inside and out.

Sharla learned from listening to her clients that there’s a need for healing, recovery and renewal in life. Her studies and love of psychology, self-awareness, self-growth and spiritual awakening helped mold her into a glowing light as a healer.

Within her own personal growth, she was able to tap into her purpose as a soul healer and coach to help people learn, grow and step into their true highest self.

With decades of experience as a “hairapist,” she also became a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, a certified Jikiden Reiki practitioner, and a certified Berkeley Psychic Institute teacher.

Sharla’s gifts have an abundance of modalities to help heal the soul, conscious, and subconscious to raise the vibration of the world.

She has a rare ability to speak through higher self and soul to know and feel what needs to be released. She is only one in 40,000 in all the world that has these gifts and one of six that are practicing as healers to this day.
